TERMS: 1% ten days on approved credit or credit card. Interest at 2% per month on all over due accounts. All prices: FOB. Cincinnati, Ohio. Minimum $75.00. Quantities in less than standard package require a $5.00 extra charge per item. All prices subject to unusual changes in lumber market.

PACKAGING: All large shipments are palletized, wrapped, and strapped at no extra cost. Small shipments are packed in cartons and poly bags for protection.

RETURNED CHECKS: A returned check will incur a $50.00 fee for processing each time the bank returns it.

RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with our products or service, return your purchase within 30 days. Returned goods must be authorized prior to returning the product. Any goods returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on stock items.
